Parts for 1972 HARLEY DAVIDSON FX - Super Glide
The Super Glide combines styling elements of the Sportster and Glide lines. Early bikes had ample power, with 65hp and decent torque from the 1200cc V-twin. Get more performance by installing aftermarket carbs, manifolds, cleaners, and fuel lines (separately or as a kit), pairing improved intake with a matching exhaust at the other end, and consider new cams or big-bore kits for even higher power figures. Deal with damaged or tired frames and bodywork with replacement parts, and look into new controls, cables and aftermarket seats for more comfort.
